A logistics warehouse handles goods of many sizes for many customers, and space fills up fast. The client needed much more storage without moving or building, and the ground floor had to stay free for receiving, sorting and dispatch.
The answer had to be quick to install, so daily operations would not stop.
We built a double racking mezzanine: racking frames rise from the floor and carry a full upper floor, with racking on top for stock. This doubles the usable storage on the same footprint, while the open ground level keeps space for goods moving in and out.
Everything is bolted steel from our own team, so it can be extended later as volumes grow. The video shows it completed and already in use.
