The Client's Need

Can production runs on steel raw material, which is heavy and must be stored safely, in order, and close to the production line. The client needed strong racking that forklifts can load and unload all day.

The warehouse is long and narrow, so the layout had to use the full length while keeping a wide, safe aisle.

Our Solution

We installed long runs of selective pallet racking on both sides of a wide central aisle, with board decking on every level so materials sit on a full, flat surface. Every level is reachable by forklift, so stock can be picked first-in, first-out.

The blue frames and orange beams are installed straight, level and anchored, and the photo shows the warehouse ready to load.
